Pork BBQ ala Air Fryer

Here’s the little piggy on a stick. Made a little experiment on how it would turn out if we cooked it in the air fryer.  And so we did…. 

 

….Voila! It turned out better than the ones we grilled. The ones on the left were cooked in the air fryer and the ones on the right, we grilled.

Taste test time:  via air fryer was even softer and tastier.  I’ve had our air fryer for a year now and still loving it!  I was just using it for kids’ meals but now, I’m into “healthier” eating so the air fryer is gonna be working double time 🙂
